Once your order has been submitted, our staff will call or email you with the date, time, and link for your appointment. You will get an automated text-message reminder 24-hours in advance.

A program asztali számítógépről, laptopról, de akár okostelefonról is működik, nem igényel komolyabb technikai feltételt, csak egy webkamerát és megfelelő internetkapcsolatot.  

Please note:

Sometimes it is not possible to perfectly match your scheduling request. If your scheduled time doesn’t work for you, let us know in advance to avoid a HUF 10,000 no-show fee. If you are a planholder, No-Shows count as a plan visit. 

During a telemedicine visit, we provide medical advice without performing an actual physical examination. 

If your doctor thinks a physical examination is necessary, based on your specific case, you may be advised to schedule a separate in-person appointment. 

Telemedicine is not a substitute for when a physical examination is required. You must be aware of the limitations of this service.
