30-minutes is best utilized for general patient education.

60-minute sessions can go much more in-depth for movement tests and therapeutic exercise guidance.

Next steps and what to expect

Once your order has been submitted, our staff will email you with the date, time, and link for your appointment. You will get an automated text-message reminder 24-hours in advance.

At the time of your appointment, join the virtual waiting room, which is accessed through the link provided in the email and/or text message. Your provider will start the call.

Please note:

Sometimes it is not possible to perfectly match your scheduling request. If your scheduled time doesn’t work for you, let us know in advance to avoid a HUF 14,200 no-show fee.

During a telemedicine visit, we provide medical advice without performing an actual physical examination.

If your doctor thinks a physical examination is necessary, based on your specific case, you may be advised to schedule a separate in-person appointment.

Telemedicine is not a substitute for when a physical examination is required. You must be aware of the limitations of this service.

COVID – If you currently have Covid, please be aware that our Telemedicine visit will be to discuss your condition and recommend medications. Currently there are no antiviral medications available in Hungary that can be prescribed. Do not book an appointment solely to request a medication – they are unavailable at this moment.

Telemedicine is not for medical emergencies!

If this is a medical emergency, please call 112 or you can call FirstMed’s 24/7 number +36-1-224-9090.
