Premium Plan
The Premium Plan includes 20 appointments with any FirstMed General Practitioner. A telemedicine appointment counts as one visit from your total.
The Child Premium Plan includes 2 visits per month plus follow-up visits as medically indicated with any FirstMed Pediatrician, which can be used in person or by telemedicine.
The Premium Plan includes 8 appointments with any FirstMed specialist. A telemedicine appointment counts as one visit from your total.
The Premium Plan allows for one free physical therapy appointment which can be used in person or with telemedicine.
The Premium Plan includes one free mental health appointment which can be used in person or by telemedicine. After the one free session, Premium Plan holders receive a 35% off discount.
Value Card
With a FirstMed Value Card, the price of a General Practice consultation is discounted.
With a FirstMed Child Value Card, the price of a pediatrics consultation is discounted.
With a FirstMed Value Card, the price of a specialist consultation is discounted.
There is no discount included in the Value Card for Physical Therapy.
FirstMed Value Card holders receive a discount on psychiatry consultations. There is no discount on psychologist consultations.
Mental Health or Physical Therapy Passes
FirstMed offers packages of 5 and 10 sessions with both Physical Therapists and Mental Health professionals. Contact our sales manager for more information.
